Full audiometric hearing test including tympanometry (middle ear function testing) and video otoscopy. Recommended for those with symptoms of eustachian tube dysfunction.

Custom Earplugs
Specialty earplugs made by custom ear molds taken by an audiologist, tailored to specific noise protection needs. Recommended for musicians, hunters, motorcyclists, or those who work in loud environments.

Ear Assessment
Thorough ear examination by an audiologist to detect problems in the ear canal, eardrum, and the middle ear. Assessment includes otoscopy and tympanogram (eardrum test) to screen for ear pain, discharge, lumps, or objects in the ear.

Post-Concussion Auditory Assessment
Complete audiometric battery (otoscopy, tympanometry, pure tone testing, speech testing in quiet and in noise), tinnitus and sound sensitivity (hyperacusis) assessments, and screening for auditory processing disorders. Included: assistive technology demonstration, report with listening accommodations, tinnitus/hyperacusis management counselling.

Full audiometric hearing test (including tinnitus pitch and intensity matching testing) and comprehensive consultation with an audiologist. Tinnitus management, hearing protection counselling, and hearing aid consultation included.

Tinnitus Coaching Programme
A 5-week individually tailored tinnitus management programme. Includes a full audiometric hearing and tinnitus assessment, individualized treatment plan with five one-on-one coaching sessions, hearing aid fitting and/or sound therapy, and a personalized long-term plan for tinnitus management with follow-up care and take-home exercises, as needed.
